Refund policy

Parfum Palette guarantees that every sample contains genuine, 100% authentic perfume taken directly from the manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by hand.

Samples cannot be returned once the outer packaging has been opened.

Returns are accepted only if the mailer box or envelope remains completely sealed and is returned exactly as originally received.

Once the packaging has been opened, the items cannot be returned under any circumstances.


Damaged Items

Defective and/or damaged items (broken or leaking vial) can be returned for a replacement if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue with your order, please email help@parfumpalette.com as we require written confirmation of any damage. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product, packaging box and the shipping box.
