Trust, transparency and traceability are who we are. Parfum Palette only uses reputable sourcing. We source directly from brands when possible. It is not always possible to buy directly from the brands in which case we utilize authorized resellers and well established distributors in the fragrance industry. Please note, we are in no way affiliated or associated with any brand or manufacturer.
All source bottles are received at our Portland, OR location and carefully inspected before being placed in a storage cabinet.
All source bottles are stored in their original packaging in a temperature controlled space with no sunlight exposure. The space is kept between 65 to 70 degrees at all times with humidity between 40 to 50 percent.
Sample Vial 0.5mL: 1 to 2 applications
Sample Vial 0.75mL: 1 to 3 applications
Sample Vial 1mL: 2 to 4 applications
0.5mL Spray: 7+ sprays
1mL Spray: 15+ sprays
1.5mL Spray: 22+ sprays

We follow strict adherence to aseptic practices in the lab when decanting and handling tools to ensure there is no altering or compromising the original scent. All decants are hand transferred from the original bottle to a glass vial using glass or stainless steel tools. Our syringes and pipettes are glass; our funnels are stainless steel.
A provenance card is the “birth certificate” for your decant.
With every Parfum Palette order, we include the origin and handling of your fragrance so you know exactly what you’re wearing. It typically includes:
- The fragrance name and concentration
- The source bottle’s batch/lot code (when available)
- The decant date and our internal decant batch ID
- An individual unit ID number for each decant
- A QR code or link to your online provenance page with any photos/video of the source bottle and decanting run where available
In short, it’s transparent proof of where your scent came from and how it moved from the original bottle into your vial—designed to give you full confidence in authenticity and handling.
Yes, all products will be labeled with the scent name, the brand name, and the volume of liquid in the bottle.
All orders placed Sunday through Friday, will ship by end of the next day. Orders placed on Saturday will ship on Monday.
